Hey Spartans!

Been so long since I've posted huh. Just suddenly feel like there's a lot of stuff I wanna say and get off my chest so, here I am!

Wow, its alrd 25sept and that's a lot of days (282 days to be exact) and even more hours (6768) since we went on our taiwan trip (that's my defining point of us starting to move on with our individual lives, btw). So much time has passed since we've all gathered together as ONE SPARTANS and I can say with some measure of certainty that even more time is going to pass before we can gather together again, 21 of us. That sounds really sad when I say it right? ):

We are all really growing up and getting on with our lives but I know one thing is for sure, and that is some things will never change. We will still keep meeting up; we will still say random stuff on whatsapp; we will still tease and laugh with (and at) one another; and we will still keep loving each other. Even though its so hard to meet up as a batch again, with soonzhou in aussie and christie in us and jiaxi soon going to uk, you don't know how heartwarming it is for me to see that we still try to and meet each other so often and try to put each other at the forefront of our lives. And its even more so, for me and crystal both, cuz we are your welfare chiefs and its like 'wow we did such a great job'. Its an encouragement and a validation all in one, and guys, you make it so hard for us to look back on our term and regret our efforts (and its not like we would have anyway).

Like what crystal said, no matter who comes into our lives since 282 days ago, Spartans will still be my second family. Its so hard to find another group of people who are so willing to listen, so willing to care, so willing to give. I guess that's what making uni life so hard for me now, because you guys aren't here with me and I'm missing the camaraderie between all of us pretty damn much. How to say it, its like the absence of a strong support system is more keenly felt now, when you're suddenly introduced to the various shades of grey in between black and white. That's when I miss Spartans most of all.

 Okay okay, enough of the sad emo talk already!!! To all you Spartans, please remember that to do your best in everything you do is good enough and that you have each and every one of us to fall back on whenever things get hard, yes! I'm quite sure that we are super willing to drop everything and run to you when you need us <3 Jiayou Spartans, I love all of you all!!!!

This is Crystal here yay! It's been a long time since I posted anything because lonelyblog/stalkerblog/happyblog is soooo active that there really wasn't a need for me to keep this blog alive (uhum, even though these blogs are slowly dying off toooooo) Recently though, I really wanted to write some thoughts of mine!!! Now that I'm slightly more free from school I shall post more hehe because I really really miss the Spartans alot!!

I remember those days in J1 when we thought we couldn't grow any closer, especially after ITC'11 haha and then how every event in J2 just amaze me at how much closer we grow as time passes. MAF in Hwachong this year really brought back many memories. As I was telling Sherbelle, while I can't say I truly truly love Hwachong, I do love the feelings it brings back - being part of our batch and all the things we did together in this short but long (we spent so much time together, like all the non-class times we spent them together hahaha) two years.

I am so thankful for having all of you as part of my life. JC ended about 9 months ago, Spartans took on part-time jobs, guys went into army, girls went into universities, Soonzhou and Christie flew off and Jiaxi gonna fly off soon.... So many things happened in these few months and all of us met so many different groups of people but the bond between us still remain strong. I feel like no matter who I meet, or how close I become to new groups of friends, Spartans are truly like my second family (cos we are Family No. 2). I enjoy updating you guys with every small bit of my life that I'm experiencing (HEHE like my injury~ my tcm classes~ my tests~~~) and I still think that all of you are top priority in terms of trying new stuff, going new places (this Halloween!!!) 

To be honest, I think that even though all of us are in different schools/places/working environment, it does not feel that different from being in school. Meeting up is still so simple, be it just for a simple meal or a lame movie. All we're missing is our OAC bench hahaha.

You're in casual attire- shirt and shorts so it must be hot. Possibly somewhere near the equator and since you've been on several overseas trips to countries rather far away already, this one must be quite close to where you live. I'd say, Malaysia? Yes, and the buildings in the skyline closely resemble the urban development plan in its capital, Kuala Lumpur. There's a write wristband on your right hand which could possibly be a fashion accessory but more likely some sort of an entrance ticket to an amusement park, if the way it's wrapped around your wrist is any indication, thus narrowing the location down to 2 possibilities. Now judging from the suspension bridge and surrounding greenery, I'd rule out the indoor amusement park, leaving only Sunway lagoon as the only other option. All this points to you being on tour in KL, Malaysia, in Sunway lagoon with several close friends, I'd say 6? No 7. Most probably girls, and you're having quite a bit of fun there too. Am I wrong? 

HAHAHA just kidding! I'm not actually that smart, I was actually there when the picture was taken!! kkkkk But it sound so cool right???? I really wish I could do that in real life, observe and not just see. I've just been SO inspired by Sherlock Holmes (the BBC one) and since we're (christie and I) are both spies I thought it was very apt to use his methods of deduction.
